This is done in the Preferences area of any the Office apps - in Preferences -> Autocorrect. It might seem a bit tedious to go through and set up each of your replacements again, but it is worth it for the productivity improvements that it offers. I utilised copy/paste to copy from the replacements from System Preferences list to the Autocorrect list And, if you move to a new Mac and don't restore from a Time Machine backup, you can copy across your Autocorrect list from the old computer to the new. The Autocorrect list is found in Users/name/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Microsoft Office ACL [English]. <https://www.itandcoffee.com.au/blog/setting-up-text-replacements-in-microsoft-office-on-mac-and-copying-the-list-to-a-new-mac>
